Global Expert Services and Consulting

MNSA, a global management consulting firm, provides independent expert testimony, original authoritative studies, and strategic advisory services to clients including Fortune Global 500 corporations, major law firms, and local, state, and federal governments and agencies worldwide.

MNSA's highly credentialed experts and professional staff conduct business and management analyses to provide objective opinions and advice regarding complex disputes and inform legislative, judicial, regulatory, and business decision makers.

MNSA's experts are renowned, experienced industry leaders and seasoned consultants.

Our senior partners offer over 350 cumulative years in sales, marketing, business development, and management dedicated to design, development, and delivery of comprehensive go-to-market business solutions and value chain transformation, emphasizing channels of distribution and providing business consulting services to the business community.

The use and management of distribution channels are an integral part of every company’s go-to-market strategy - and ultimate success or failure.  Dealing with independent third party companies is complicated and challenging - and fraught with pitfalls if not well managed.

We advise on how manufacturers can multiply their success through joint ventures, licensing, acquisition, and channels of distribution (e.g. use of business partners).  We assist our clients in the successful implementation of their strategies.

What an Expert Witness is and does

An Expert Witness is someone who, by virtue of education, training, skill, and experience, is recognized as proficient in their field and who agrees to act in a dispute between two or more parties.  As the title might imply, the expert may eventually appear in a trial or hearing and give evidence relating to the matter in dispute.

The Expert provides a technical expertise that the judge or arbitrator normally will not have.  If the expert does his or her job properly, they will often be able to identify for the judge or arbitrator the important technical issues that needs to be considered and provides their view as to how the judge or arbitrator should decide the issue.
