The goal of this phase is to help clients to apply and extend their knowledge and skills to the job or task so that the activity or project sticks and performance continually improves.


We monitor and evaluate the real-world usage of the project to determine, with the client, whether any adjustments, additions, or other modifications are necessary to keep the implementation a "category killer." We also provide reinforcement in post sessions, evaluation and feedback with the organization.
