Why Attend?

If you own or lead a company and want to grow it and…..:

  • Develop unbeatable competitive advantage and sustainable success
  • Energize your employees with people-centered practices that can double productivity
  • Improve decision-making
  • Engineer values into the core of your enterprise that will produce consistent long-term superiority
  • Lead your company through economic slumps and stagnation while achieving day-to-day results

Today, according to business media like Fortune, Business Week and Forbes, many good companies and their management are floundering. Others are struggling with the new economic and business dynamics, increased competition, and acquisitions. There are 10 core reasons you were never told why this slump is here to stay. These reasons are more fundamental than the explanations the media provides you every day such as:

  • The latest bubble burst of Wall Street and its related impact
  • Share prices in the market
  • Increased corporate bankruptcies and scandal

Coupled with the ever increasing amount of professional literature (books and articles) and serious research on leadership, management, and what makes great companies.

The apparent wealth masks opportunities. Businesses which are stagnating have failed to uncover the glaring unfulfilled gaps and customer needs that could lead to growth and prosperity despite the downturn, or apparent maturation of the market. These gaps and needs constitute opportunities for individual companies to grow and prosper despite the downturn and maturing markets.

You will learn to identify and fill the gaps and unmet customer needs with 9 proven drivers of sustainable success to grow your business – in any circumstance.

Faculty

The combined faculty brings to this unique new seminar the practical experiences of many top-500 corporations that are struggling with leadership and management challenges, with management turnover, with ever-changing strategies, and with the need to deliver consistently better performance in today’s business environment. During the workshop, the faculty will compare and contrast the experiences of these organizations with the real-life, hands-on practical experience of a CEO of a successful medium size (SME) business to illustrate the potential that participant organizations have.

As CEO for Boss Paints, a true values-driven company, Mr. Bossuyt built his organization into an operationally independent corporation with a turnover of € 28,400,000 and 180 direct employees and 50 franchisee-employed. Boss Paints is a manufacturer of building paints and a wholesaler for paint and accessories, catering to specialized painting and building companies and the retail paint trade. These include independent Boss Paints dealers and 23 unique retail shops (14 franchisees and 9 of its own) with a distinctive “Colora” store format. Boss Paints evidences one of the most successful and durable track records in growth, profit and revenue in the Belgian paint market, competing against two solidly entrenched historical multinational market leaders.
